An inter religious get-together took place at the Archbishop’s House, Chittagong on the Occasion of Easter. 24 neighboring leaders from all religious communities participated in the event. The program is conducted by the Director (Finance & Admin) of Chittagong
Archdiocese Rev. Fr. Pankaj Pereira in which His Grace Moses M. Costa, CSC presented the keynote speech en-lighting the meaning of Good Friday & Easter. He also shared on the three fold ministries i.e. Education, Health Care and Formation of the universal Catholic Church.
Invited persons also took part in inter-actions appreciating the meaningful program today. Especially the Buddhist community urged to all religious communities to organize such type of programs from each religious forums to develop communal peace and harmony and grow in deeper understanding at the local level.
The event took place today on Easter Monday, 17th April 2017 organized by the Archdiocesan Pastoral Service Team in collaboration with Regional Justice & Peace and Inter Religious Dialogue Commissions.
