A few of the Catholic nurses serving in the Chattogram metropolitan area through different hospitals and health care institutes gathered together on 16 December 2023 in the Archdiocesan Training Centre, Chattogram. The archdiocesan health care commission organized the meeting and 12 health caregivers participated.
The newly appointed pastor of the Chattogram Cathedral, Fr. Regan Clement D’Costa preached to the healthcare givers present. He has presented and explained the papal message and the true meaning of advent. The participants also shared their personal experiences on how they encountered the birth of Jesus in midst of the people they serve. They took the opportunity to receive the sacrament of reconciliation in mediation with Fr. Costa. The meeting ended with a Eucharist celebrated by the asst. pastor of Chattogram Cathedral Fr. Sajal Anthony Costa.
