135 youth gathered at the Fatima Rani Church under Bandarban parish on 18 March 2023 to reflect on the lenten spirituality. The main theme of the day was “Maria arose and went
with haste”. Fr Shitol Hubert Rozario, CSC, pastor of Our Lady of Presentation Parish, Bolipara was the keynote speaker. The keynote speech was followed by the sharing of Holy Cross Family Ministry, rosary prayer and the sacrament of reconciliation. The pastor of the parish Rev. Binoy Sebastian Gomes, CSC sacrificed the Eucharist. Following the lunch, Mr Francis Tripura, a trainer of the diocesan pastoral team conducted a session on “Role of the youth in the Church today”. Youth participants of Bandarban in the national youth day in Shelabunia parish under Khluna diocese on 18-21 February 2023 shared their personal experiences and reflection they encountered on the youth day. The youth also took part in a group discussion.
