Fr. Benjamin Pintu Costa has been ordained to priesthood by His Grace Archbishop Moses M. Costa, CSC on 24 January 2020 at Fatima Rani Parish, Bandarban. He has been assigned to Bolipara parish as assistant priests. It was the first ever ordination ceremony taking place in the hill tracts. On 23rd January Fr. Pintu Costa was received cordially through local tradition in Fatima Rani Church, Bandarban followed by an adoration. There was a huge crowd in the ordination ceremony. Almost all the priests working in Chittagong Archdiocese were present along with many other priests from other dioceses. Faithful from different parishes were also present in the ordination program. The program ended with a short reception ceremony with astonishing cultural presentations.
