Digital Invention Fair 2016 is held in Chittagong M. A. Aziz Stadium on 25-27 February 2016. In the fair various educational institutes presented their projects on digital activities and inventions. Some educational institutes are awarded for their role in various sections. Besides the academic curriculum, for showing outstanding role on academic result, extra curricular activities, structural cleanliness and discipline, digital class room, etc. Saint Placid’s School and College is awarded as the best educational institute in Chittagong division.
On the closing program of the fair on 27th February General Manager (Admin) of the office of the Prime Minister and Project Director of A2I Project Mr. Kabir Bin Anowar was present. Assistant Professor of CUET Mr. Meer Mohammad Saki was also present. In his address Mr. Kabir Bin Anowar said, “Education is to be joyful to the students. Who are presenting education joyful to the students and working to convert the country to digital Bangladesh, are praiseworthy. They are awarded best.” This is the reason St. Placid’s School and College is awarded best in the division. Principal of the instituted Bro. Pradip Louis Rozario, CSC received award certificate and crest from the Chief Guest Mr. Kabir Bin Anowar.
