His Excellency, Most Rev. Kevin Randall is named ‘Apostolic Nuncio to Bangladesh’ today, August 13, 2023, at 4.00 pm by His Holiness, Pope Francis.
Most Reverend Monsignor Kevin Randall was born in New London, Connecticut, USA, on 6 May 1966. He was ordained a priest on 25 July 1992 for the Diocese of Norwich.
Monsignor Randall has a doctorate degree in Canon Law. He entered the Diplomatic Service of the Holy See on 1 July 2001, serving subsequently in the Apostolic Nunciatures in Rwanda, Serbia, Slovenia, Peru, South Africa, and Mexico. Prior to his appointment as Apostolic Nuncio to Bangladesh, he was Counsellor at the Apostolic Nunciature in Austria. He will be raised to the dignity of Archbishop in due course.
In addition to his native English language, Monsignor Kevin Randall speaks French, Italian, Spanish and German.
