‘Lenten season is a opportunity to form a service oriented mentality through which we not only help others but also improve our human skills. We should come forward and be active in the needs of our parish with joy and enthusiasm.’ The above statements were made by the resource persons to the youths in the seminar which is held in Bolipara parish on 30-31 March 2017 with the participation of 123 Youths.
The aim of the seminar was to increase the knowledge of sacrifice, importance of reconciliation and service among the youths. The theme of the seminar was: ‘Joy of the youths in the activities of the parish.’ Mr. Maniram Tripura, Principle of Bolipara Government Primary School shared on the main theme. Bro Soroj Gomes, csc suggested some activities which we should practice during Lent. Fr. Nicholas Nokrek, csc and Sr. Agnes Gomes, RNDM helped the youths in the group discussion.
