Inter school cultural competition was held in Shanti Raj Mission, Thanchi on 23-25 March 2017. The competition was inaugurated by the district administrator Babu Phillip Tripura. Mr. Khusirai Tripura- Director, UNDP; Thoihlamong Marma- District Administrator, Bandarban; Mr. Rony Marma MP representative; Union Council Chairman; Karbari Teachers were also present as special guests. The competition was participated by 376 children from different schools of Thanchi. The Prize Giving Ceremony was held on 25th March. Rangamatia Credit Union President Mr. Joseph Bibash Gomes was present as chief guest. This exciting competition came to an end with a pleasant cultural ceremony presented and enjoyed by the parishioners of Thanchi Parish.
