Desk for professional affairs of Chittagong Diocese organizes a meeting with Catholic business personnel on 20th May 2016 at 6.00 pm. The meeting is a very first one of its kind. The event was well participated by 23 Catholic business personnel involved in big, medium and small businesses.
The meeting opened by a prayer service led by PST program coordinator Sr. Nisha Gagra, SSMI. Bishop of Chittagong Most Rev. Moses Costa, CSC then welcomed all the businessmen present and thanked the desk for professional affairs for organizing such a great meeting. The Bishop explained the objectives of desk for professional affairs and organizing today’s meeting.
The businessmen introduced themselves and
their business categories, struggles, success stories and opportunities for others. At the end a member of the desk Mr. Moses Shyamol Gomes conducted a session to prepare plan of actions. The meeting ended by words of thanks by the desk coordinator Mr. James Gomes.
The desk for professional affairs is formed on 15th April 2016 with three members appointing Mr. James Gomes as the Coordinator and Rev. Fr. Gordon Dias and Mr. Moses Shyamol Gomes as the members.
