The official logo unveiling ceremony of the Jubilee Year was held on 24 May 2026 at the Cathedral Parish of the Archdiocese of Chattogram, marking the beginning of the centenary jubilee celebration of the Chattogram Diocese.
At the beginning of the program, the candidates receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation of the Cathedral Parish performed an opening dance accompanied by a hymn to the Holy Spirit. Following this, His Grace Archbishop Lawrence Subrato Howlader, CSC, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Chattogram, formally unveiled the centenary jubilee logo and delivered a greeting message to all present.
After the unveiling of the logo, Mr. Julian D’Costa presented the significance and various design elements of the Jubilee logo. Subsequently, the faithful participated in a procession into the church and took part in the Holy Eucharistic celebration.
The event was also attended by Fr. Terence Rodrigues, Vicar General of the Catholic Archdiocese of Chattogram; Mr. Mickey Paul Gonsalves, Head of Programs and Development of the Catholic Archdiocese of Chattogram; Fr. Regan D’Costa, Parish Priest of the Cathedral Parish of the Catholic Archdiocese of Chattogram, along with the Lay people of the Cathedral Parish.
