The parishioners of Miriam Ashram Diang Parish experienced a pilgrimage of Mercy on 23 September 2016. The pilgrimage began at 9 in the morning while the parishioners gathered in the Church premises and took part in a short prayer. Parish priest of Diang Fr. Leonard Rebeiro shared the significance of ‘Jubilee year of Mercy’ with the pilgrims. Rosary prayer were recited and devotional songs were sung while the pilgrims were headed to the Marian Ahsram passing the hills. There were also a way of cross where the pilgrims carried the cross all the way from the Ashram to the Church through a long and rocky land. There were approximately 300 pilgrims.
