Fatima Rani Catholic Church, Bandarban Organized an awareness seminar on culture and environment. The seminar was held on 26-28 August 2019 and was participated by 90 people. Mr. Sattyaha Panji shared on the importance of local cultural practices and Bro. Sylvester Mridha, CSC, shared on the importance of environmental preservation. Fr. Binoy Gomes, CSC, shared about the role of teachers and karbaries in the society and to the church. During this seminar participants planted several trees inside the parish campus and took oaths to plant trees in their own villages and thus take care of the environment .
