A capacity building training is held at Diang parish on 28th June 2019 for the pastoral council and community leaders. There were 15 participants present for the training.
Among the two sessions, the pastor of the parish Rev. Albert Soren conducted the first session on ‘Social leadership’. The contents were: definitions of leader and leadership, characteristics of leader and leadership, and the difference between a boss and leader.
The archdiocesan pastoral coordinator Mr. Manik Willver D’Costa conducted the second session on the ‘Asian Integral Pastoral Approach: New Way of Being Church’. The contents were: definition of the new way of being Church, the early Church and four marks of small Christian communities.
The training ended with a vote of thanks by the pastor and fellowship lunch.
