Lenten recollection of YCS Bandarban took place on 11th March 2016 in Bandarban parish. The programs aims to spiritual preparation of YCS members for the Holy Week and Easter.
While presenting on “Mercy of God in our life”, Parish Priest of Bandarban Father Dominic Sarkar, CSC said, “We are grateful to our lord for the mercy and blessing of him in our life. In return it is a call for us to show mercy and do works of charity to our brothers and sisters who are in need. Besides corporal mercy, we need to receive sacraments like reconciliation and communion regularly to be the children of God”.
A teacher of Don Bosco High School, Bandarban Brother Promode, CSC presented a talk on “YCS movement and methodology”. The recollection session was conducted by Sr. Mary Josepha, SMRA.
At a sideline of the program, one of the participants Bikrom Tripura said, “The lessons I received in today’s seminar is my lifetime experience. I never imagined that God and his people love me this much! My mind is now full of gratitude. I thank the organizers for such an wonderful seminar”.
