On March 7, 2025, the Fatima Rani Parish in Bandarban successfully held its annual Pastoral Assembly. The pastoral year 2025 theme, “The Lord is my Shepherd” (Psalm 23:1), led discussions and strategic planning at the assembly. 116 people attended the assembly, including the father and sisters.
The assembly began with a short prayer, followed by parish priest Father Shudhir Das’ opening speech and the lighting of the candle. Sister Mamata Palma, LHC, presents the archbishop’s pastoral letter on the theme of “The Lord is my Shepherd.” The theme was followed by a presentation of the pastoral theme, as well as personal understanding, reflection, and discussion about fellowship. The assembly presented and evaluated the group workshops and reports. The assembly concludes with the Way of the Cross and Holy Mass.
